Payment policy
How payments work, and how we keep them safe.
How you can pay
- Card or bank transfer through Paystack, in naira.
- Plugg wallet: top up once and buy many times in one tap. Works on the website and the Telegram bot.
Wallet
- The minimum top-up is shown at checkout.
- Your balance updates as soon as Paystack confirms the payment. If it has not appeared after a few minutes, contact us with your Paystack reference.
- Every top-up, purchase and refund is recorded, so your balance can always be checked line by line.
Security
- Card and bank details are entered on Paystack's secure page. Plugg never sees or stores them.
- Payments are confirmed with Paystack directly from our server, with signed notifications, before any balance is credited.
- We never ask for your card PIN, password or OTP by message.
Prices
All prices are in naira and include our service fee. The price you see before paying is the price you are charged.
