Privacy policy
What we collect, why we need it, and how to ask us to delete it.
We keep what we need to run your orders, wallet and the scam checker. We never see your card details. We do not sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, or your Telegram ID and name if you use the bot.
- Orders: the app, country and number you bought, the code received, times, prices and status.
- Payments: amounts and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by Paystack and never reach us.
- Wallet: a record of top-ups, purchases and refunds.
- Scam checker: numbers you search, and reports you choose to submit.
- Usage data: pages visited and device information, through analytics.
Why we use it
- To deliver numbers and codes, and to refund you when something fails.
- To keep your wallet balance accurate.
- To send order and account messages, by email or Telegram.
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the service.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run Plugg: Paystack (payments), Supabase (database and accounts), Netlify (hosting), our number suppliers (to place your order), Telegram (bot messages), our email provider, Google Analytics, and our advertising partners TikTok and Google Ads. When you visit from an ad, these partners receive basic events (a page view, that an account was created, the amount of a wallet top-up) so they can measure which ads work. Your email may be shared with TikTok only in hashed (scrambled) form, so they can match the visit to an ad. We never share your numbers, codes or messages with them. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and disputes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email pluggdng168@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
