Return policy
Everything we sell is digital, so returns work differently from a shop.
A phone number or a code cannot be handed back once it has been used, and files cannot be un-downloaded. So instead of returns, we protect you before delivery:
- You see the price, stock and delivery rate before you pay.
- If nothing is delivered, you get your money back automatically. See the refund policy.
- If a code store product is not as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
Releasing a number early
If you no longer need a verification number and no code has arrived, cancel it from your orders. The amount goes back to your wallet.
