Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and Plugg when you use our website, Telegram bot or services.
You pay for a chance to receive a code on a number we buy for you. If no code comes, you get your money back. Do not use our numbers for anything illegal. Reports in the scam checker are what other users told us, not a final verdict.
1. Who we are
Plugg ("we", "us") runs this website and the Plugg Telegram bot. We sell temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes, longer-term rental numbers, a free phone number checker, and website source code. You can reach us at pluggdng168@gmail.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, topping up, buying or using any part of Plugg, you agree to these terms, our rules, privacy policy and refund policy. If you do not agree, do not use Plugg.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Telegram users get an account automatically, linked to their Telegram ID.
- Give accurate details when you pay. We may close accounts used to break these terms.
4. What you are buying
- Verification numbers are temporary. Each one is for receiving a code within the time shown on your order. They are supplied by third-party providers and may have been used before by other people.
- Rental numbers are kept for the period you pay for and can receive more than one SMS. Activation can take a few minutes.
- We cannot guarantee that any particular app will accept a particular number. Apps decide that themselves. We show delivery rates so you can choose well.
- Code store purchases are digital files for your own use, as described on the product page.
5. Prices and the wallet
Prices are shown in naira before you pay and can change with supply. Wallet top-ups are used for purchases on Plugg. The minimum top-up is shown at checkout. See the payment policy for details.
6. Refunds
If a verification number expires without a code, or a purchase fails, the money returns to you automatically. The full rules are in the refund policy.
7. The scam checker
Results come from reports submitted by users and from listings. A report is a claim, not proof. A clean result does not guarantee anyone is honest. Always use your own judgement before sending money. Do not submit false reports. We may remove reports that are malicious or unsupported.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our rules. In short: no fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts and withhold service for breaches.
9. Our liability
We provide Plugg as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party apps blocking numbers, by your own use of an account, or by events outside our control.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Plugg after a change means you accept it.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
